Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students in the absence of regular teachers.
- Ensure lesson plans are delivered effectively and to a high standard.
- Maintain order and encourage positive student behaviour.
- Assist students with questions or challenges as they arise.
- Liaise with teaching staff regarding lesson objectives and student progress.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage students and maintain a productive learning environment.
- Previous experience in a classroom setting (preferred but not essential).
- Adaptability and the ability to work in different schools and environments.
