To develop his confidence, motor skills and academic studies. He is in a classroom setting, the Oxford based Primary School is encouraging his independence he is supported as part of a small group including a student with Cerebral Palsy).

Supporting Primary-aged children with SEN - ASD and Cerebral Palsy challenge as a focus as well general safeguarding for all students.

SEN Year 6 Teaching Assistant

Are you a suitable candidate for the KS2 SEN Year 6 Teaching Assistants to support children with disabilities and other challenges?

In this role you will build frontline, practical experience with young people with significant needs and learn to understand how to communicate and support them, through the help of trained professionals and experienced team members. Plus you will gain invaluable experience working with Special Needs such as Cerebral Palsy and ADHD.

They are looking for a SEN TA who will be proactive and adaptable and be able to use their own initiative. Resilience and confidence to work with challenging behaviour is desirable!
