Shift Manager

We are currently recruiting for a shift manager to join the team!

Within the position you will be based out of the hospital, managing and supporting the domestics team. Among other responsibilities, your main responsibility is to ensure the teams are running smoothly and all day-to-day tasks are being completed.

Your Main day-to-day responsibilities are as follows:

• Delivering the companies self audit program to the required standards and volume.
• Support the Assistant Shift Managers with any people performance related issues
• Drive innovation and quality improvement across the soft services delivery
• Ensure all KPI’s are met

Required Experience:

• Experience in a Management role.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a Domestic Management role.
