Working as part of a dedicated team, your role will involve planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works, and emergency response, helping to support the ongoing success of this world-class facility.Key Responsibilities:
- Performing PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults.
Maintaining and servicing:
- Single and three-phase power systems
- Generators and UPS systems
- Emergency lighting and fire alarms
- HVAC systems, pumps, and motors
- AC systems
- Conducting water treatment tasks (e.g., tap temperatures, flushing, filters).
- Keeping logbooks updated and ensuring statutory compliance.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ qualification in Electrical Maintenance (or equivalent).
- Apprentice-trained background (preferred).
- Proven experience in building services maintenance.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
