Hays Building Services are assisting a Building Services consultancy in Oxford with the recruitment of a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their busy team.Your New RoleYou will be responsible for a number of electrical design projects within a range of sectors, have oversight of engineers and technicians including the mentoring and training of junior staff, management of project workflows and milestones as well as adhering to internal Quality Assurance standards.As you progress, you will gain experience in bidding for new work, drafting fee proposals and project financial management.What You'll Need To SucceedYou will have strong electrical design experience in the building services industry, project experience across different sectors of the industry as well as experience mentoring junior team members.What You'll Get In ReturnThis role is offered with a salary between £50,000 - £60,000 per annum on a permanent contract.What You'll Need To Do NowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
