Seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter Multi to join our clients growing team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of carpentry tasks, alongside the ability to perform general maintenance work across multiple trades. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic role and wants to make a real difference within the social housing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out carpentry repairs, installation, and maintenance tasks in domestic properties, including doors, windows, etc.
- Completing multi-trade repairs, including basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, and general maintenance.
- Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with tenants.
- Carrying out routine inspections and reporting issues to the management team.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in social housing or residential maintenance is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel between properties.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team.
