Seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter Multi to join our clients growing team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of carpentry tasks, alongside the ability to perform general maintenance work across multiple trades. Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out carpentry repairs, installation, and maintenance tasks in domestic properties, including doors, windows, etc.
  • Completing multi-trade repairs, including basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, and general maintenance.
  • Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with tenants.
  • Carrying out routine inspections and reporting issues to the management team.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in social housing or residential maintenance is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel between properties.
