Electronics Engineer Oxford | Hybrid | £60K-£90K DOE

We're looking for a talented Electronics Engineer to join our team and help develop next-generation technology across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and integrate electronic systems with photonic components like laser diodes, photodetectors, and amplifiers.
  • Create high-speed digital and analogue circuits, including PCB design and layout.
  • Contribute to the packaging and integration of photonic devices into electronic systems.
  • Participate in the prototyping and testing of fibre-optic and optoelectronic systems.
  • Develop test protocols for both performance and environmental testing, iterating designs based on results.
Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years in electronics/photonics, with hands-on experience in designing and evaluating optoelectronic devices.
  • Expertise in analogue and digital electronics, particularly in circuit and PCB design.
  • Background in photonics and fibre-optic technologies, with knowledge of semiconductor materials and device packaging.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with great attention to detail.
  • Degree in Electronics, Photonics, Optoelectronics, Physics, or related fields.
