I am delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturing company to find a dedicated HR Generalist to join their team in Oxford. This role plays a key part in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to offboarding.

The successful candidate will ensure smooth HR operations by maintaining employee records, managing benefits administration, assisting with payroll data, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

This position also involves coordinating recruitment activities, from posting job adverts to scheduling interviews and overseeing onboarding to create a positive employee experience. Additionally, you will contribute to employee engagement initiatives, well-being programs, and learning and development coordination. Supporting performance management processes, tracking training records, and assisting with exit procedures will also be part of your responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience, strong HR administration skills, and a solid understanding of UK employment regulations. Experience with HR systems would be advantageous. This role is fully office based.
