Due to exceptional growth, this Telecommunications company are looking for aLead Systems Engineerto join their team to help with expanding business and opportunities.

TheLead Systems Engineerwill report directly to the Director of Engineering and will be responsible for managing a team of communication systems engineers in Oxford and other sites in the UK.

The Lead Systems Engineer will take ownership of communication systems engineering processes, technical leadership and development of team members.

Satcom Systems Engineer requirements:

Degree qualified in a relevant subject (e.g. Space System Engineering, Electronics, Communications)
Communications experience (Satellite or Telecommunications)
5-10 years experience
Team management experience
Implementation of RF telecommunications (electronics, software, fpga)
