Our client, a prestigious institution, is seeking a Conference & Events Manager to work closely with the Head of Sales to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, meetings, and special events, ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage event planning from enquiry to execution, handling client bookings and site visits.

Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.

Oversee contracts, invoices, and event logistics, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Develop strong client relationships and enhance the venues reputation.

Contribute to social media engagement, business development and event marketing efforts.

About You:

Proven experience in event management, hospitality, or venue coordination.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.

Demonstrable sales/business development experience
