Reed Oxford is excited to announce a partnership with a distinguished Central Oxford client, seeking an Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to a team of individuals . 

Key responsibilities include

  • Coordinate and participate in team and project meetings
  • Minute taking
  • Organising travel, venues, catering, accomodation and workspaces
  • Organise and attend, and contribute to events, working closely with business support teams to keep attendee lists and reports current.
  • Actively engage in networking to develop new relationships and enhance the company's reputation, Efficiently handle email bounce-backs, process feedback forms, and record referrals and activities
  • Provide support administrative support to professionals
  • Support in the dissemination of updates and newsletters to clients, meticulously managing mailing lists to ensure effective distribution.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in executive support, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, adeptness in managing multiple responsibilities, and proficiency in diary management. The ability to independently manage workloads and adhere to strict deadlines is essential. Additionally, confidence in organising travel and events is a must.

This is a hybrid role split and the salary is negoitable subject to experience.
