The RoleAs the Executive Assistant to the CFO, you will be the cornerstone of operational efficiency, ensuring the CFO’s schedule and priorities are managed seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the CFO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring time is used effectively.
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations for board meetings and financial reviews.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and handling expense reporting.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting with project management and tracking key deliverables.
  • Supporting communication between the CFO and various teams across the organization.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives.
