The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and executive assistant support to the lawyers in the team. Communicating effectively across departments and with clients you will be a highly organised and capable administrator with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Balancing your workload and priorities with the needs of the business, you must be efficient and enjoy working to deadlines.Main Responsibilities of the role:

    • Producing correspondence and other documents as directed by fee earners.
    • Providing executive assistant support to the national Head of Corporate department.
    • Managing diaries and make travel / hotel bookings for Partners
    • Having direct contact with clients by telephone and in person.
    • Assisting lawyers with daily administrative matters, opening and closing files, ensuring compliance, file archiving, making and managing appointments for the team.
    • Managing client billing, work in progress and debt collection.
    • Maintaining electronic filing systems.

Your skills and experience:

    • You should have great organisational skills, working to deadlines at times and under pressure
    • Able to use your initiative to enable efficient and effective service
    • Possess excellent communication skills, professional and able to keep everyone in the loop
    • Be a great team worker, with a flexible approach to working in order to achieve results.
    • Have demonstrable experience of delivering a high-quality service, internally and externally
    • Proficient IT skills, you should be confident using case management systems and MS Office packages.
