Are you an organised and proactive professional looking for your next challenge? My client is a growing Top 40 accountancy practice, providing expert solutions to entrepreneurial businesses and private individuals across Central and Southern England.

I am seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our CEO and wider team in Oxford.

The Role

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and messages, ensuring effective communication with the CEO.
  • Managing and maintaining the CEO's diary, prioritising appointments and engagements.
  • Booking and coordinating travel, transport, and accommodation.
  • Providing general administrative support across all divisions, including monthly billing, filing, meeting room bookings, and holiday cover.
  • Meeting and greeting office visitors, ensuring an excellent client experience.
  • Assisting in planning and executing internal and external events.
  • Engaging with the wider Business Support Team, collaborating with administrators across the organisation.

What you will need:

The successful candidate who is flexible, well organised and is a good multitasker, as well as being proficient Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook). Previous experience in a similar role (ideally in similar industry environments).
