Reed is delighted to be partnered with a company based in Kidlington who are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Personal Assistant to support their Managing Director. This role is crucial for our continued growth and success, providing both administrative and strategic support.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director, managing day-to-day administration to ensure smooth accessibility and availability.
  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar and email efficiently.
  • Handle all travel arrangements and ensure they are communicated clearly.
  • Collate and organise data and reports for various stakeholders.
  • Plan and facilitate a range of meetings including Board, Senior Leadership Team, and Operations meetings, ensuring documentation and follow-up of key points and actions.
  • Prioritise requests and agendas, making informed decisions based on the urgency and importance of tasks.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive assignments with discretion and skill.
  • Organise conferences and events, ranging from small supplier conferences to large customer events and strategic planning sessions.
  • Travel and provide mobile support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team as required.
  • Contribute to business topics or projects as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Personal Assistant role or similar support role.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Expertise in diary management, focusing on maximising time efficiency.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of business planning and budget cycles.
  • Experience in event management.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Must have access to own car and willingness to travel.
