Alma Personnel are pleased to announce that the will be recruiting on behalf of their Oxford based client for and experienced Personal Assistant to be based from their offices.

There is the opportunity of some hybrid and flexible working hours attributed to this position so you can make it your own and own it.

First point of contact for calls, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for the CEO’s attention. Support the CEO in managing and maintaining an effective diary system in a systematic and structured way and demonstrate prioritisation, allocation and organisation of appointments.

Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation across the whole group.

Provide general administrative support to all divisions, including tasks such as monthly billing, filing, booking meeting rooms, providing holiday cover for service line administrators, using the internal support system. Meet and greet office visitors as and when.

Assist with internal and external events.

Ensure a great client experience with both in-person visitors and telephone contact with clients as well as suppliers.

Undertake relevant project work as and when required.

Work as part of the wider business support team engaging and supporting other Administrators across the business as and when required.

As already mentioned, flexible working hours are available between 10am and 4pm with the potential for some hybrid working.

You will have Maths and English at GCSE grade 5 or above, be highly organised and able to multitask simultaneous jobs.

Strong communication skills both verbally and written, coupled with positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop.
