Key responsibilities of the Personal Assistant include:

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team.
  • Managing the CEO's diary, arranging meetings and appointments.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Assisting with internal and external events.
  • Greeting vistors when onsite.
  • Inbox management.
  • Act as a first point of contact for calls.

Profile

The successful Personal Assistant will have:

  • Experience in a senior administrator or PA/EA role previously.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
