Reed are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing accountancy practice, for a Personal Assistant/Administrator in their Oxford office. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that values expert, respectful, innovative, and collaborative approaches. With flexible working options, this position is ideal for someone who is highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling calls, emails, and managing communications.
  • Manage and maintain an effective diary system for the CEO, demonstrating prioritisation and organisation of appointments.
  • Arrange travel, transport, and accommodation across the group.
  • Provide general administrative support to all divisions, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Engage with and support other Administrators across the business as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5 or above (or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong team spirit.
  • Previous PA experience is desirable but not essential.
  • A positive “can do” attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop.
