Key responsibilities of the Personal Assistant include:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team.
- Managing the CEO's diary, arranging meetings and appointments.
- Maintaining accurate records and files.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Assisting with internal and external events.
- Greeting vistors when onsite.
- Inbox management.
- Act as a first point of contact for calls.
Profile
The successful Personal Assistant will have:
- Experience in a senior administrator or PA/EA role previously.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
