We are recruiting a Production Operative for a 12-month fixed-term contract with a leading company in the consumables industry. This hands-on role supports the Operations team in producing high-quality products.
As Production Operative key responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain equipment.
- Conduct production and quality control operations.
- Assist in basic fault-finding and production meetings.
- Perform repetitive tasks such as kitting, packing, and labelling.
Experience required:
- GCSE/A/AS Level in Science (degree preferred).
- Experience in lab or manufacturing environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
