Job Purpose

  • Manage a corporate tax portfolio of c.500 clients, overseeing workflow and reviewing returns prepared by the team.
  • Lead corporate tax planning for clients of various sizes and across a broad range of business sectors.
  • Work closely with senior management to help shape the strategic direction of the tax offering.
  • Work autonomously whilst ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
  • Build trusted and long lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure clients are benefitting from all business services.
  • Mentor staff through constructive feedback, knowledge sharing, and training opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce and cross-sell company services to the tax portfolio.
  • Set an example as a hands-on and supportive manager.
