We are seeking a highly organised Part-Time Finance Manager to join our innovative, VC-backed startup in Oxford.
The role involves managing key financial processes such as bookkeeping, payroll, pensions, R&D Tax Credit, and VAT returns using Xero.
This position offers a flexible schedule of 8 hours a week, spread over 1 or 2 days at our Oxford office.
There is an opportunity to increase hours to 15 per week by overseeing Admin and HR functions, including office management and fundraising initiatives.
The salary for this role ranges from £40k to £45k FTE, depending on experience.

In this pivotal role, you will manage key financial processes, including bookkeeping, payroll, pensions, R&D Tax Credit, VAT returns using Xero and all elements of the Finance function. This is a flexible, 8 hour a week opportunity to be spread over 1 or 2 days from the office based in Oxford.

If you are looking for more hours and more diversity in the role, there is also the option for this role to oversee the Admin and HR functions, which would include Office Management, Contracts, NDA's and taking part in the Fundraising initiatives. The role would then be 15 hours per week to be spread over 2 or 3 days from the office based in Oxford.
