- Supporting the UK leadership team to continue growth in the UK wealth market.
- Liaising with a variety of wealth managers, IFA and providers.
- Key figure head in building, introducing and driving new/existing relations.
- Onboard and introduce a variety of customers to our platform with precision and care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to drive growth and retention.
- Develop and deliver training on platform tools and resources.
- Ensure compliance while supporting advisers in their transition.
- Proven experience in IFA recruitment, business development, or platform support.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and outreach skills.
- Knowledge of UK financial regulations and the IFA landscape.
