Role Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and advisory needs are met
- Reviewing and preparing financial statements, tax returns, and VAT submissions
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients, offering expert financial advice and business support
- Leading and mentoring a team of accountants, providing training and professional development
- Working closely with senior management and partners, supporting business growth and client expansion
- Identifying opportunities for additional services, helping clients achieve their financial goals
- Ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality service is consistently delivered

Candidate Requirements- ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience
- Strong experience in practice accountancy, working with a range of clients
- Confident in managing a portfolio and acting as a trusted advisor
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Experience in mentoring and training junior staff
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- £70,000 to £90,000 pa
