Client Services Executive

I am delighted to be working with a company based in Botley who are seeking a dedicated Client Services Administrator to join their team. This role involves promoting the company’s services in a professional and FCA compliant manner, working collaboratively with Financial Advisers and other colleagues to process new and existing business, while providing comprehensive administrative support in line with internal policies and procedures.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Support advisers and foster positive relationships between the adviser and their clients.
  • Handle queries from clients and other parties accurately and with effective communication.
  • Liaise with clients by telephone, taking verbal instructions and acting on these or directing them to appropriate individuals and departments promptly.
  • Schedule appointments for financial advisers.
  • Create and maintain accurate client records in accordance with company procedures and policies.
  • Liaise with product providers and other third parties.
  • Provide cover for absent colleagues as needed.
  • Execute tasks requested by the Management Team efficiently and courteously.
  • Engage in activities that promote a robust risk management approach, including reporting any errors, breaches, complaints, or FC/AML related matters to the respective managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A-Level education or equivalent, including Maths and English GCSE grade B or Grade 5 or above.
  • Previous experience in an adminsitrative based role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of the Financial Planning process and product is advantageous but not essential 
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, prioritise and plan own workload.
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
