Forklift Driver

Forklift driver wanted for long term 18 month control with well established privately owned house builder. The project based in Oxford is a new development of both houses and flats and they require a Forklift Driver for the duration of the project. Ideally our client are seeking an experienced Forklift Driver whohas worked on previous housing developments and hasa strong understanding of mechanical operations and the ability to perform tasks efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate telehandlers to lift, move, and place materials as required on-site.
• Conduct daily inspections of the telehandler to ensure it is in safe working condition.
• Load and unload materials from lorries and other vehicles.
• Assist in digging and preparing sites as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Licence/Certification:

• telehandler license (Essential)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
