Job Title: Primary School Cover Teacher (Years 4, 5, and 6)

Location: Little Milton, Oxfordshire
Contract Type: Temporary (Full Term)
Salary: 100 - 200 per day (depending on experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Cover Teacher to provide high-quality teaching for Years 4, 5, and 6. This is a full-term cover position with the potential for future opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring the academic progress and well-being of the students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and manage classes in Years 4, 5, and 6, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure consistency in teaching and learning.
• Support the school's ethos and contribute to a positive and effective learning environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in primary education, preferably with Years 4, 5, and 6.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
• A passion for teaching and nurturing young learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic school environment.
