Administrator - Examinations

We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join one of our clients in Headington on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support in the organisation of examinations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all involved.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Liaise with module leaders, administrators, and students to provide examination information and support.
  • Produce, sort, and check examination materials
  • Reproduce, collate, and pack examination papers, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and maintain invigilator supplies and examination room materials.
  • Manage the storage, maintenance, retrieval, archiving, and disposal of examination materials in compliance with data protection laws.
  • Collate and prepare non-confidential examination papers for online library resources.
  • Maintain sections of the Team’s procedures manual and process documents.
  • Handle the physical setup of examination rooms and materials as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in administration, particularly with computerised systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to work and the ability to manage pressure during peak times.
