A dynamic and growing Consultancy, specialising in Health & Safety and Fire Engineering, is seeking a skilled CDM Consultant to manage a diverse and prestigious project portfolio. Renowned for delivering high-quality services across various sectors, including construction, industrial, and public safety, this consultancy takes pride in its technical expertise and client-centric approach. The CDM Consultant Role

As the CDM Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing guidance on design safety risks across the portfolio of projects in the construction phases, acting as Principal Designer and/or CDM Advisor. You will be supported by a team of CDM Advisors and Fire Engineers within this role.

The CDM Consultant Will Have:

  • NEBOSH Construction (required)
  • Tech IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (Preferred)
  • Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
