Planet Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Clerk of works / Estates and Building Manager to join our client in a full time permanent position in Oxford.

The successful candidate will have relative experience in a similar position.

There is a significant project management element to the role.

The Clerk of works will provide comprehensive estates and premises management for our client, oversee new building projects, develop new initiatives and improve our clients current accomodation.

Candidates will need to have a comprehensive understanding of the building industry and building management processes and a working knowledge of legislative and regulatory framework, they will also demonstrate the correct behavoiurs to keep in line with our clients policies, structures, developments and initiatives in order to ensure that relevant financial aspects are considered and reported appropriately.
