Key ResponsibilitiesAs Finance Director, you will:
  • Collaborate with the CEO and COO to shape and execute the company’s strategic vision.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to inform decision-making at the highest levels.
  • Drive operational efficiency through rigorous financial management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimisation.
  • Oversee global financial operations, ensuring compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance profitability and organisational resilience.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
About YouThe ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic acumen and operational expertise, coupled with exceptional leadership skills. You will have:
  • Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a senior financial leadership role within a global organisation.
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and a strong academic background in finance or a related discipline.

  • Expertise in financial management, reporting, and analysis, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
