Our client, a highly influential artist, is seeking an EA to provide complete support with both his business and personal life. The ideal candidate will have experience working with UHNW or high-profile individuals ideally within the music or film industries. This position is full time and based in Oxfordshire.  

Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing schedules and appointments across time zones and business.  
  • Handling all the client’s correspondence.  
  • Arranging travel arrangements, visas, and itineraries at short notice.  
  • Maintaining contact with third-party stakeholders and clients. 
  • Performing administrative tasks.  
  • Drafting and summarizing reports.  
  • Supporting with a range of ongoing projects. 
  • Undertaking ad-hoc research projects. 
  • Monitoring monthly invoices and chasing payments. 
  • Taking minutes of high-level meetings and following up with complex tasks. 
  • Handling all private family and personal matters. 
  • Coordinating with multiple business offices. 
  • Liaising with lawyers, auditors, and PR firms. 
  • Performing errands and other duties as needed across professional and personal areas. 

Requirements: 

  • Extensive EA experience providing high-level support to a high profile/UHNW individual within music or film essential.  
  • Willing to work onsite in Oxfordshire. 
  • Valid UK driving licence. 
  • Excellent diary management skills and able to handle a changing schedule. 
  • Highly professional manner and presentation. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Strong communicator, excellent written and verbal English.  
  • Adaptable, positive and committed approach to work.   
  • Discretion and confidentiality is required. 
  • A background in music/film/tv is desirable. 
  • Willing to work outside normal office hours/weekends when required.
