There is an excellent opportunity to be immersed in a supportive Early Years Infant school, as an Early Years Support Coordinator. Collaborating with your team of 6 colleagues providing the framework of their education and developmental progress.

Your Early Years Support Coordinator responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities that inspire curiosity and a love of learning.
  • Supporting the EYFS team in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where Oxford children feel valued and safe.
  • Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure every child's individual needs are met.
  • Monitoring and documenting Early Years children's progress and development.
  • Promoting positive behaviour and supporting children with additional needs.

About YouThe ideal Early Years Support Coordinator will:

  • Hold a Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent (essential).
  • Have experience working with EYFS students in a school or nursery setting.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills in Education and Training.
  • Be a team player with a proactive, compassionate, and flexible approach.
  • Show a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
