We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join a growing financial services company on a 3-month contract. You will work closely with the Senior HR Advisor and the wider HR team to support the transition to a new HR system, HiBob. HR Administrator - About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to successfully transition to and implement the HiBob HR system.
  • Upload and insert HR documents into HiBob in the correct format, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Filter and manage confidential employee data, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations by retaining only relevant information and documents.
  • Enter employee data into the required formats for data uploads and system updates.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team during the transition process, helping to ensure smooth data migration.
  • Work closely with the HR team to address any system-related queries or issues during the transition phase.

The successful HR Administrator will have/be:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths graded 5 or higher (or equivalent).
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A self-starter with high levels of resilience, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong aptitude for IT and a willingness to pick up new technologies quickly (prior experience with HR systems or HiBob is a plus but not required).
  • A "can-do" attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in HR.
  • Discretion and tact, with the ability to handle confidential information with care.
