Your new role

You'll be responsible for identifying and launching new HR initiatives, as well as managing the full employee life cycle globally. A key focus will be on continuous improvement, implementing a new performance management scheme, and partnering with managers to enhance processes. You'll maintain data management systems in compliance with GDPR, oversee UK benefits and partner on global benefit renewals, and handle HR and general administration tasks, including stock option grants. Addressing first-line HR queries, supporting culture and people initiatives, leading the performance review process, and collaborating with employees across functions to build culture are also key responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong generalist experience in HR, particularly within a life sciences environment, along with expertise in employee performance management, benefits programs, and new HR trends. Knowledge of wellbeing programs and diversity and inclusion initiatives is essential. Experience with data-driven decision-making and HRIS is desirable, as is startup experience and a CIPD qualification.
