The Role:

My mainstream secondary school client based in the City of Oxford is actively seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Humanities Teacher of either a History or Geography specialism to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time permanent basis. To be successful, you will need excellent organizational skills and passion to plan and mark humanities lessons across key stages 3 to 5. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers to join an established and highly regarded school as well as a chance for ECTs to capitalize on the school’s ECT programme.

With both History and Geography popular choices at GCSE and A-level you will have the opportunity to guide and support an ambitious group of students. This position pays a salary across the main and upper pay scales depending on the successful English Teacher’s experience £31,650 - £49,084 per annum.
