Panoramic are urgently recruiting for an interim Designated Safeguarding Lead for an SEN School in Oxfordshire. This is to start ASAP for an initial contract until Christmas but very likely to extend into the new year.
You must be an experienced DSL with the Level 3 qualification, or be willing to complete the Level 3 in this role. Preferrably you will have worked in an SEN setting before, and the successful candidate can be at any level of Senior Leadership. In addition to standard DSL responsibilities, you will need to understand how to deal with complaints as well as understand how to manage and deal with all FOIs and SARs. Ideally you will also be familiar with CPOMS.
