The kitchen prepares meals for lunch and dinner service using all fresh produce. You will serve a seasonal menu for lunch and dinner service along with functions as the restaurant is a popular venue for celebrations. The kitchen team is long serving and a long established business. This is an excellent career opportunity for an ambitious chef.

The Role
- Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
- Kitchen Management duties - running around 1 shift a week
- Using fresh seasonal menu to AA rosette level
- Cooking for large volumes of guests as the pub is a very popular venue in the area
The Person
- You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with high volumes
- Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
