A fantastic opportunity to work for a vibrant and forward-thinking national law firm as part of their Corporate Commercial team has just become available! Based in Oxford city centre, the successful applicant will work alongside the firm’s assistants and specialists to provide outstanding support to the firm’s fee earners.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Managing correspondence including emails, phones and post in an accurate and timely manner; forwarding messages and escalating queries
  • Preparing and distributing documents in advance of fee-earner meetings, including agendas and itineraries
  • Diary and travel management, including arranging meetings, events and travel
  • File management and administration; ensuring compliance, drafting documents, and other administrative duties when required

Prospective applicants must have previous experience in a supportive role within professional services, ideally legal. Applicants must have excellent communication and organisation skills, be flexible and adaptable, have strong attention-to-detail and thrive working as part of a team.
