Working Hours: 9 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday and 9 am to 1 pm (1 in 7 Saturdays)

Salary:£24k with OTE to £31k
Were looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our clients thriving Oxford office.
If youre passionate about property, customer service, and sales, this is your chance to take on an exciting new challenge. Youll manage a diverse lettings portfolio, oversee multiple properties, and build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Register and manage applicants using our bespoke company system
- Source new properties and network to develop fresh business opportunities.
- Negotiate offers and ensure all necessary paperwork and compliance are in place.
- Maintain regular contact with applicants, ensuring they are matched with suitable properties.
- Collaborate with clients throughout the letting process, providing updates and feedback.
- Work to ensure tenancies comply with all relevant Residential Lettings SOPs and legislation.
- Assist colleagues and provide cover as needed, especially during busy or holiday periods.
What were looking for in the Lettings Negotiator:
- Ideally, previous lettings experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- IT literate and comfortable using databases and relevant software (REAPIT experience is a bonus).
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive atmosphere.
- Local area knowledge is a plus!
