Exciting Opportunity for an Ambitious Outsourcing Semi Senior! Salary: £30k-£37k

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are partnering with a dynamic and forward-thinking firm of chartered accountants in Oxford, and they are on the hunt for a motivated Outsourcing Semi Senior to join their vibrant team.

As an Outsourcing Semi Senior, you'll manage your own diverse portfolio of clients, diving into the heart of their day-to-day accounting needs. You'll prepare and review monthly and quarterly management accounts with insightful commentary, ensuring all deadlines are met. Your role will be pivotal in building strong client relationships, making your communication skills crucial.

The ideal candidate is an ACCA or ACA part-qualified professional (AAT qualified also considered) with a solid background in management accounts preparation. If you are passionate about client interaction and eager to make a significant impact, this role is tailor-made for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of bookkeeping clients.
  • Prepare and review management accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Ensure all client reporting and payment deadlines are met.
  • Prepare monthly journals, prepayments, accruals, and depreciation.
  • Compile monthly financial reporting packs for review, resolving any anomalies promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes.
  • Engage in exciting ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • ACCA or ACA Part Qualified (ideally)
  • AAT Qualified/QBE also considered
  • Strong background in accountancy practice
  • Excellent communication skills
