A Plumber Multi is needed in the Oxfordshire area for a temporary position in social housing until the end of March.
The role involves undertaking maintenance and repairs in both occupied and void properties, focusing on plumbing and general maintenance tasks.
The position offers a salary of £22 per hour with a Monday to Friday working week.
Candidates must have a Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing or equivalent experience, along with experience in domestic households.
A full UK driving license is also required for this role.

I'm looking for a Plumber Multi in the Oxfordshire area to work in social housing properties taking on all repairs and maintenance work. This is a temporary position until the end of March.

The Plumber Multi will be:

Undertaking all maintenance and repairs work in occupied and void properties
Taking on all aspects of plumbing with other general maintenance duties
Logging all work done on a PDA device

In return the Plumber Multi will receive:

£22 an hour
Mon-Fri working week

The Plumber Multi will need:

A Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing or equivalent experience
Experience working in domestic households
A full UK driving license
