Power BI Developer
Location: Remote with one day a week in office (Oxford)
Salary: Up to 40,000 + bonus + benefits
We are working with a leading company in the retail sector to find a talented Power BI Developer to join their growing BI team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Power BI reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design data models
- Optimise report performance and ensure data accuracy
- Maintain data flows and pipelines
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Power BI best practices
Requirements:
- Confident experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and data modelling
- Strong knowledge of BI reporting and data warehousing
- Ability to understand business requirements, ask the right questions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in maintaining data flows/pipelines
- Retail experience is desirable but not essential
