As we approach our 13th anniversary, we are one of the leading suppliers of food installations for corporate and brand events.

After launching from humble origins with our first invention being created in our founder's living room, we now design, build and hire out our creations for over 250 events each year.

From edible balloons, mist or even bubbles, our work is nothing short of theatrical.

Though our inventions are extravagant, our clients are still based in the corporate sphere, so we are looking to expand the team to someone not only dynamic but also professional.

The Prep / Production Assistant Role:

As Production Assistant, you will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure that all equipment, supplies, and ingredients required for events are prepared, packed, and ready for smooth event delivery.

While supporting the overall production process, you will play a hands-on role in organising and packing event kits, packing down and cleaning of used event equipment, and managing stock levels. Key responsibilities involve assisting with day-to-day tasks in the production area, ensuring smooth collaboration with the Production Manager, and executing the operational requirements for each event.

Depending on what you’re good at, you could become more involved in the mechanics of our inventions to ensure they are running smoothly and / or support with creating new flavours and experiences for our clients. There’s plenty of scope to grow in this role.

About you:

+ Willing to be involved in both detailed technical tasks and general duties like stock management, cleaning, and production assistance+ Strong attention to detail+ Problem-solving mindset+ Excellent organisational skills+ Team player with leadership potential+ Proactive communicator+ Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing event demands+ Comfortable with learning how our inventions work to handle minor fixes or adjustments during preparation and packing
