Revit MEP Coordinator

£35,000-£45,000 Salary
One of the most established MEP Design Consultancies in the UK are opening their doors for a Revit MEP Coordinator to join the team in Central Oxford. They are an Employee Owned business, and have seen sustained and consistent commercial growth over the last 10 years since changing their ownership model.
They have seen a sharp uptick in work over the last few months and have identified a need for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join the team over the next month or so. You will be working on multiple large projects, reporting into Principal Engineers who are leading each one and working alongside your new colleagues in the BIM Team.
Projects will be across a number of sectors, the main ones being Commercial, High End Residential and Industrial/Warehouses. In terms of your experience, you need to have the following:
- 5 years experience of working in MEP at any stage from 4 onwards, with at least 3 years at Stage 4
- 2 years experience of using Revit day to day
- A keen eye for MEP Coordination, and the ability to spot issues rather than rely on software
- A real enjoyment of being part of an elite team who work well together to complete complex Engineering Projects to an incredible standard

The role is in mainly in the office, but there is the opportunity for hybrid should you need it.
