The Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting viewings, and driving sales forward in a busy retail branch. Whether you're registering new buyers, booking market appraisals, or conducting property viewings, you'll play a key role in helping our branch succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register potential buyers and book property viewings.
  • Organize market appraisals and manage diaries effectively.
  • Conduct property viewings and follow up with clients.
  • Canvass for new business and third-party referrals.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of the property industry, experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and via phone/email.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in IT and diary management.
  • A full UK driving licence.
