Are you an ambitious accountant looking for a new opportunity? REED Practice is working with a firm of Chartered Accountants which also has an office in Carterton. They are based in Oxford, Botley and have been established for over 30 years. This role will be based in their Oxford Office.

Duties for the role include:

  • Preparation of sole trader and rental accounts from records supplied by clients.
  • Preparation of limited company accounts from records supplied by clients or through their software
  • Assisting on company audits
  • Bookkeeping for clients using Xero, Sage Cloud or spreadsheet records including analysis and reconciliation work.
  • Filing VAT returns from client accounting software or using Absolute VAT filer
  • Preparation of personal tax returns and filing with HMRC – Ad Hoc basis at the busy time
  • Preparation of Corporation Tax returns and filing with HMRC

To be considered for this role, candidates must have experience as an accountant in practice or a similar role.
