Senior M&E QS / Commercial Lead - 95k + Car Allowance & Benefits - Oxford

We are partnering with one of the UK's leading M&E contractors, who have secured a 35 million+ project in Central Oxford. They are seeking a talented and experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team and take a leadership role in delivering this significant project.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a top-tier M&E contractor, with a proven track record on projects in sectors such as Data Centres and Life Sciences. Expertise in managing projects with MEP values up to 20 million is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly valuations of work in progress and forecast final costs and revenues.
  • Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts.
  • Measure, value, submit, and negotiate contract variations.
  • Advise project teams on commercial and contractual matters, including reviewing and drafting correspondence.
  • Prepare, submit, and negotiate final project accounts.
  • Oversee commercial vetting of subcontractor tenders and contracts.
  • Certify subcontractor valuations and final accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to business commercial processes at the project level.
  • Assist with project purchasing, targeting, and budgeting.
