Job Title: Senior Void Supervisor
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Oxford Area
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (+ Company van/Fuel Card provided & Tool Allowance)
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (Flexibility required for out of hours calls)
ARC Group are recruiting for a highly motivated Senior Void Supervisor to work with a reputable housing association. The successful candidate will be client facing and needs to be capable of working independently, manage/deliver void homes and handle all aspects of domestic repairs. This position requires out-of-hours calls (this will be low volume but will be required from time to time) and travel to various sites along with their offices.
Responsibilities for Senior Void Supervisor:
- Perform responsive repairs in housing association properties and communal areas.
- Supervise works and coordinate contractors as required/needed.
- Handle calls made after hours on a regular basis.
- Manage and maintain void properties.
- In office work is also required.
Requirements for Senior Void Supervisor:
- 18th Edition Certified or City & Guild Qualification
- SMSTS OR SSSTS Required & First Aid
- Manual Handling and Asbestos Removal - Desirable but not essential
- NVQ or City and Guilds recognised in at least one trade.
- Must have supervisory experience
- Five years or more of experience in a similar position will be beneficial.
