Reporting to: Head of Fundraising and CommunicationsSalary: £32,000 (part-time and full-time hours considered)

Location: Oxford (open to 50% homeworking)

Homeless Oxford are an open door for people experiencing homelessness whose lives have been shaped by trauma and disadvantage; providing safety, stability and support when it is needed most. The charity delivers this support across Oxfordshire by providing a range of accommodation with access to high quality support, offering a safe and welcoming space for people to take control of their own lives.

The Trusts and Foundations Executive is a vital role in delivering the charity's fundraising strategy and goals.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a pipeline of applications to trusts and foundations and other grant makers, producing high quality, bespoke proposals and reports.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with trusts, foundations and their representatives, ensuring the highest quality of stewardship and cultivation.
  • Contributing to the overall implementation of the Fundraising team's objectives.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Working knowledge of the principles of trust fundraising, including identification, research, solicitation and stewardship of funders.
  • Proven ability to pro-actively cultivate and recruit new trust funders.
  • Experience of creating successful bespoke proposals or asks for trusts and foundations.
  • Experience of delivering stewardship and engagement programmes which underpin a successful trusts and foundations strategy.
  • Experience of using a fundraising relationship database.
